The pocket. It is all about the pocket. Ah, the simple things. A pocket isn't an unusual thing to find on clothing but if you put one on a corset the masses will deem you a genius. I made this steam punk inspired corset as a commission. My client wanted a little pocket in which to put her brand new pocket watch. It's just so darn cute I can't even stand it. I put a lot of work into this little gem. I did a ton of hand sewing and it was totally worth it. I love it when a plan comes together.

This is gorgeous. Very high quality construction. I sent your link to my daughter because she loves corsets. I have sewn most of my life and I love hand sewing, so seeing your designs has inspired me to try making one. (And I read that you are a quilter; that was my favorite hobby until I learned how to knit a few years ago.)
